Moving Spell for Rentals

I wasn't sure were to put this so I placed it here,

Basically I'm moving Houses next year and there is this specific House i would like and would like a simple spell or something to get me and my family accepted into that one and or have a better chance to move to that house.

Any suggestionswould be very gratefulto have, Thanks.

You could also work some magic to promote prosperity and bring you luck in the matter. Essentially working a spell or ritual to tip the odds in your favor and bring you favorable odds in the endeavor.
