Assuming by the title, this spell is supposed to change a male into a female?

I hate to break it to you, but spells that involve physical transformation such as this one are not possible and consider "fluff".

No such a spell will not work. As in this case, it is important to remember that many of the spells on this site are false and misleading.

Spells intended to change physical characteristics such as gender, eye color, etc. won't work. They're fake. Some people practice glamours, which can allegedly alter the way others see you in slight ways (ie: a glamour to make your skin look smoother), but I don't practice those and don't know the exact logistics. Regardless, no spell will alter any of your physical characteristics. This goes for spells altering your species as well. Spells are better for small things we can't see, like increasing luck or happiness.

Well you can invoke Feminine and Masculine energy but it won't change your physical body one bit.
