Fourth Topic: Defense

Hi all;

How do you deal with spiritual defense, I pray to michael the archangel and put up a spiritual defensive shield in meditation.

thats a perfect useful defense,a defensive shield i also use brother

When I feel threatened by either someone or some spirit, I hold my the cross I wear and remember that I am a Child of God, and so nothing can ever truly hurt me. I know it's sappy, but it works for me.
