I seem to get a slight headache and almost a tightening in my chest like a 'full' feeling after I've done a couple different Love Spells- Is this normal and what does it mean?

Though magic can produce physical attributes, I really doubt this is because of your love spells. This isn't a medical website so I can not give advice, other than see a doctor if it gets worse.

The most likely reason is that you are not properly grounding and centering before and after the spell. This results in draining some of your own energy which leaves you feeling sick and headachy. Here's a link to an article you might find helpful for future magical workings.
