I need a spell to get a Fake Friend out of my life forever... Back story- we worked together at one point and got together on a business arrangement... over time every thing he said and do seemed totally sketchy. Every time I was to meet with someone they're always a no show, he says they tried to call but no miss calls. I came to the conclusion he was blatantly ripping me off and lying to my face. I've lost close to $100,000.00 And I've had enough. We had a falling out this morning, argument took place for a while then he went in his phone and pulled a recording on his phone about a personal conversation (sexual encounter with two guys and myself) and he was threatening to take the recording to work and out me as gay to my fire house, plus he looked me up on Facebook saw my dad's pic and was threatening to come home and cause problems... I am currently at my wits end... I know you guys say on this site "don't be quick to turn to magic" but I cant take the curve balls any more and now he's looking to get personal... any assistance would be greatly appreciated
On the mundane level, considering this involves loss of money, essentially blackmail (or at least malicious defamation) and other legal issues, I would first recommend covering your bases legally. Perhaps talk to a local lawyer (some offer free consultation) on what evidence you should keep /get for your safety and to be able to separate yourself from this 'friend'. Especially if you are in a business arrangement because that can boil down to contracts that require legal process to break.
Lately I have been recommending people with legal issues get onto r/reddit legaladvice as well. It is precisely as the name suggests.
As for handling this on an emotional level, ... I once heard a story about how the Russian president once had people attempt to blackmail him. The group lured him into some dirty activities with ... professional women. The indiscretion was recorded, and the group threatened to spread the tapes If he didn't comply. He called them on their bluff, and then when the tapes were released? He responded by asking for more prints.
If you did nothing illegal, and it was something true to who you are, why waste the energy being ashamed or afraid? It doesn't diminish the role you fulfill at your workplace, it is irrelevant to your physical or mental capacity to perform your duties, and it doesn't somehow invalidate or weaken any past accomplishments. Let those do the talking. It is surprising how the more comfortable you are with yourself, the more comfortable others will be too.
Besides, if anyone chose to make a problem out of it, just have a knock on HR's door and have a good discussion. Discriminations may not be a thing of the past, but there are rights and privileges aplenty in place to protect you. Use them as needed.
Spiritually speaking, a freezer spell might be useful to, well, put a freeze on negative intents. If you work with altars and/or deities perhaps set up an appeal to a being or three associated with the delivery/enacting of justice. Or to bring the truth of this person's character to light so others can see the toxicity. It can be hard to cause mischief when no one wants to associate with you.
Hello spirit69. So with respect to the business it wasn't legal and I 100% regretted that decision. I applied for a government house, he took me to meet some he knows that works there, I met her in office, there was to be a "payment" to get my "application" moved foward. Since I literally met her in person I figured I'd get through. But after I realised is every time "he" says something else came up and they want this, that and the other after a while my debt kept running up and nothing. What i do know tho is there's predator and prey in this world and according to nature documentaries the prey with the ability to detach a limb, a tail, a tentacle etc has the highest survival rate... He first had my hand, now all the way to my shoulder... I'm at the point of leaving my arm behind, but God knows what would happen if he ends up talking both that business and personal life to my job and family? Would definitely be an issue with both parties especially my family that are preachers... the homophobia on the job would mainly be trash talk and offensive jokes, the homophobia at home can lead to disownment... as for the illeagal deal I foolishly took I know there will be problems on both side but not sure which would be worse.
