Many people think an animal guide just represents a higher power, An animal guide is person to each person, each one is its own spirit with its on energy. They can be used in many ways and not just to guide. They can help protect from negative energies and spirits, bring a certain spirit towards you and such things.

If you dont know what you Animal Guide is then it is easy to find out, on the three nights leading up to the full moon say the following spell.

" Gaurdians of the dreamworld

i call you to my side, my animal spirit, protecter and guide

let me see the beauty, radiance and grace

in the eyes of my gaurdians face"

The guide should come in a dream or premonition or may give you signs such as a friend buys you a turtle toy or such things. The feeling has to be there only you can tell what is right for you.

I use my guide much like a servitor and have brought it to life, if you will. I can see it, although it is not physical and it can perform the duties that servitors do. They can help very much in magic, you can will them to feed from energy around them, such as a body of water or the earth.
