#1 - To Sleep

This spell will feed some of your energies to a quartz and make you tired.
You may need:

  • 1 Clear Quartz
  • candles (optional)

    1) Sit crossed legged on your bed or near/In your sacred space and hold the crystal with two hands. (you may also light some candles if you wish)
    2) visualize the energies draining from you and going into the crystal.
    3) close your eyes and say these words:
    Intense dreams that never lies,
    flying, soaring across the skies
    As i rest my head, and close my eyes
    Early for the morning rise
    In the land of dreams, i shall dwell,
    as i finish this sentence, i cast my spell
    so mote it be.
    extinguish the candles if you have lit them, and place your quartz by your bed or under your pillow, and when you wake up, hold your quartz and say:
    return to me, oh energies,
    come back, return, so mote it be

    This spell ables the practioner to protect thier mind and thoughts from anyone attempting to read them or break through.

    In order for this spell to work you have to visualize a barrier protecting your mind and thoughts that if anyone tries to get through it will cause them immense pain until they leave your head.

    When you are able to visualize this simply chant the following:

    "Protection on my thoughts and mind
    To those who are so unkind
    Darkness and pain you shall feel
    Till you leave my head in order to heal."

    #3 - Calling on your Spirits

    A way to call forth your spirits be them family and or friends around you.

    To be able to perform this spell you must have good energy cotrol and a focus mind. If you don't have these then study the basics and learn them thoroughly.

    To begin with make sure you have a clear and focus mind concentrating on any spirits that relate to you.

    When you have achieved this single thought repeat the following words:

    "Spirits from my past
    I call on thee to come fast
    To hear the words in which I cry
    To bring you from across the sky
    To help me now I ask of thee
    To answer my call so mote it be!"

    When you feel the spirits of your friends and or family you are nw able to use them for any needs you may have. But remember they are spirits and are not bound to you so show them respect for what you ask of them.

    This is more a technique than a spell.

    Opening Your Third Eye Wide
    Opening the Third Eye is directly related to the 6th chakra; the psychic chakra, located on the middle of the forehead above the brows. It is closely associated with the "pineal" gland. The pineal gland is dormant in most people,as is the true 3rd eye. French Philosopher Rene Descartes believed the pineal gland to be "the seat of the soul" where mind and body met.

    In the average person, the pineal gland is atrophied and dormant. The following exercise will change that. Please read this thoroughly, as much of the exercises I write of are very advanced and can cause problems if one does not do them correctly.

    The pineal gland is like a grape in size; like a raisin in most people where it remains dormant.

    Opening the Third Eye/Pineal Gland
    This is done with a specific tone and chant. You only need to do this exercise for 3 days, afterwards, it is permanent. The mantra to be used is "Thoh," pronounced "TOE." It must be within the correct vibration. Not deep, not high pitched, inbetween, like alto range. You will feel it when you hit the correct tone.

    Sit with your back straight. Breathe in through your nose and hold your breath as long as is comfortable- open your jaws so there is a small space between your top and bottom teeth, place the tip of your tongue between the space of your slightly parted teeth. Put a very light pressure onto the tongue with your teeth. This is like the same process of saying the "TH" part of the English word "the." Once your tongue is in position, release your breath slowly through your mouth saying T-H-H-O-H-H in one long exhale (say the word one time pre exhale) Your tongue will be vibrating between your teeth. You should feel the air moving past your tongue and teeth. If this technique is done properly, you will feel a pressure or sensation in your jaw and cheeks. The tone will also vibrate in your 3rd eye. It may take a few seconds to adjust this, don't worry, just keep going.

    Do the above 5 times in a row. It is very important the above exercise be done for 3 consecutive days, 24 hours apart. Then it is a done deal. One of the first experiences is a headache or pressure in the center of the forehead. This sensation may also feel like it is originating from within, usually an inch or more beneath the surface of the forehead. This is a positive indication the pineal gland is awakening and beginning to function in a healthy manner. *Some people can experience a migraine lasting several hours. The severity of the side effects will depend on how atrophied your pineal gland is to begin with.

    After the occurrence of headache or pressure in the forehead, you may wake up one morning with a throbbing or tingling sensation in your forehead; it may feel like a goose bump. The feeling may be very intense like something is there. The sensation of pulsing or throbbing will continue throughout the day. This is the final physiological event you will experience after opening the third eye. It indicates your pineal gland is awakened, functioning and alive.

    These are ways I find very useful when you want to learn to meditate and get into the meditative state.

    Garbage Technique
    In the garbage technique I want you to sit down with your back straight (to align your chakras) and close your eyes. Visualize nothing in your mind, then put a garbage can into your mind (or dumpster, whatever). Now take all the emotions that were negative and all negative things and imagine them flying into the trash can. Then when they all go into the trash can and you feel calm close the trash can and move it out of your mind. After you move it out of your mind imagine the clear blue sky above you on a beautiful summer day... truly peaceful around you... soon after you will be in a meditative state and you may keep this as long as you like as long as you focus on peaceful and clear things.


    Breathing Technique
    In the breathing technique you must sit down with your back straight (to align your chakras) and close your eyes. Now imagine nothing, think nothing, just focus on your breathing and nothing else. Feel, and focus on your breathing...inhale... exhale.... inhale...etc. and focus on this continuously until you lose track of everything. And from there you will be in a meditative state and if you fall out of it then work with the breathing again.
