Hello...Im 13 years old and Im new in the magic and i dont know anything about that.So Im trying to find teacher who is going to teach me.If someone wants to be my teacher just message me i will be very thankful :)
I'm afraid your hopes will be short lived in hoping to find a teacher, learning magic is not about being taught. Especially through the internet! Sure learning from someone in person is quite possibly the best way to learn, but no one can show you how magic works or what it really is simply by typing words onto a screen, it simply doesn't work like that.
However you can teach yourself, and over time come to learn in your own unique way your own abilities and your own style of spell work. I strongly suggest looking up on the forums on this site, many people have dedicated hours to making informative posts which clearly document and reference information that will be useful to you.
These links will be a good start for you, please do not attempt at this point to try and practice magic, you need a good understanding of the theory first and a strong grasp of the basics which are;
Meditation
Visualization
Grounding & Centering
Raising & Sending magic energy
And understanding of magic and spells
Also look into the various systems and traditions, being a witch doesn't mean that you necessarily practice magic, and just because you practice magic doesn't make you a witch. There are many things that people get wrong when starting out, which largely comes from Hollywood movies you see and the perpetual bombardment of the media.
Do not fall into such false notions, instead learn about what the craft really is, whether or not you are Wiccan, Pagan, Shaman, Solitary, or none of them and follow and eletic style. Have a good read through things, and always always keep maintaining the basics for without those your spell work will be utterly useless.
Try to take it nice and slow, magic is a little bit like cooking. Take it nice and slow, ad a dash of love and patience and in a years time you will be so much further than you are now. I understand the need to want to "get there", but enjoy the journey, you are only 13 years old. You have another few decades to progress and enjoy yourself with it!
I wish you the very best of luck and welcome to Spells of Magic!

Something I'd say as someone who started out at about your age, don't tell anyone, and don't do this to be cool, because you'll find for every person that thinks it's cool, there'll be a hundred that tell you you're lame, or stupid, or worse, evil.
Witchcraft IS cool, but it's also peaceful and lovely (most paths anyway), and something you do to improve your life for yourself, not to show off. There are a lot of people who won't understand.
Also, one of the best things I can say is get some books, physical books, that you can hold in your hand and read under your covers with a torch, or wherever you want to. I really enjoy "The Craft, A Witch's Book of Shadows" by Dorothy Morrison because it's laid out like a textbook, with exercises that will strengthen your powers before you even start casting spells :)
Just one final thing. If your parents don't and won't understand, do please be careful with what you have lying around, and with your internet history. An old stepdad of mine (we're not around him any more thankfully) really freaked out when he found out and it wasn't great.

I was taught magic, by a very wise, well educated witch. A "personal" teacher is by far the best way. As Hexen says, merely reading about it really doesn't work. Like every other "Craft", you have to actually "see" magic to understand it.
Books have their place, of course, but from books you can only learn "about" magic; not how to do it!
It's like trying to become a professional Bricklayer from books!
You might learn how to lay bricks; but to be a real Bricklayer you have to first learn how to use a trowel!
It is the same for magic; you have to do it,to learn it! And you need somebody to show you "how to do it". And it is not easy! It takes years!

And by the way! Spells are not magic. They are rituals trying to make magic happen. And don't mix-up magic with Wicca; they are not quite the same thing!
