After trying to astral project again a few weeks ago, I believe I've attracted something that has unfriendly intentions.
I woke at 5 am Sunday whichnight is strange as recently I've been sleeping without waking up at all until 8.
During this waking up the first thing that happened was a voice in my head, I was so tired that I'm still unsure if it was my own thought but I heard "you are being watched" and I felt very intense feelings of just that. As I continued to lay in my bed with the slight worry of being watched I recognized a new feeling that whatever was watching me was aware that I knew I was being watched.
Then I fell back asleep. Now last night I tried to meditate and use my energy as I told it to leave. I really don't know how to cleanse myself. I only recently got interested in astral projecting and I've not really took the time to make precaution.
I thought it worked but every time I eat till I'm full today, I feel like I'm not getting the energy from the food and become hungry again soon after, followed by fatigue and exhaustion. I feel like my breathing is harder and my head is light.
I remember a post earlier in this week regarding something similar and now I feel the same has happened to me. That I've attracted a parasitic entity that's using my energy. How do I rid of it? How do I do a proper cleansing?
I have had that problem in the past, have you tried burning incense? I have not done banishing in quite some time, but haven't needed to. It may be that shadow person you have mentioned in one of my pasts forum posts. I would suggest trying to burn incense while meditating, to release the negative energies that is attracting the entity and to help clear your mind.
Astral projection is not something I am all to knowledge about, but when it comes to spell casting or spiritual work. This is why it is always important to cleanse and protect yourself. Shielding will help protect yourself, if you didn't shield yourself before doing astral projection than this is probably why it came to you.
This small form will help you with shielding. Remember it's all about the intention, I recommend doing this before astral projection. I also recommend you do your own research about cleansing, since there is many ways to do this. Sage and white candles may help, set the intention out that you don't want whatever that thing is around you. Allow the smoke to flow around your body, make sure the window is open so the energy has somewhere to go.
Don't back down to fear, be strong as you do this, stand your ground or the being is most likely only to laugh at you and your attempts. If you don't have enough money for the two above, than take a bath of a shower. You can add some sea salt in there as will. Again back to the intention, sit there for ten or 20 minutes that this begin is leaving you alone. Once done, pull out the plug and images that the plug is taking whatever it is with it.
Set up boundaries as will. I normally order them to not bother me, for they will not be welcome around me. Again do your research, there is a lot of information out there and different forms of methods. It all comes back to intention, and stand your ground.
Trapping the being would be the least of my worries. Just focus on bashing it, learn to protect yourself and your house. Remember when it comes to this sort of work, it is always important to protect yourself before hand. Revenge to me also would not be a good idea. Much like how people can be mean because they don't know any better. Entities can be toxic, for not knowing any better.
Personally I would put of astral projection for a couple of months or more, and focus on protection first. You can always go back to Astral projection, another time. Just be thankful that it wasn't something much worst.
