Language is important. Although SoM preaches that we only use English here, if we truly want to include the diverse and unique perspectives of others, past, present, or future, then we should study more. Some younger or less experienced practitioners also prefer to recite chants in other languages because when the chant is said in a foreign tongue, it feels more mythical. Regardless, Memrise isnt a magic-related site, but a very helpful one. Signing up is free and easy. Click the link below to get started.
Cry of the Millennial Witch is blog post that outlines some of the flaws of modern enlightenment and societal standards that many people (especially in North America) are trying to live up to. I'd like to a) go through our forums and put all the links into one link library, b) allow folks to add links as they need/want to the library with someone in charge of going through it at least once a month to reorganize it with all the similar links together, and c) create a forum library/organization post that allows someone to, at a glance, know what all is within our forums and where to find that information.
