To be honest Sir prize, I dont think that Mods should be a popularity contest, thats how (from observation) some have currently come into being. I think they should be chosen for effectiveness, at the job they are asked to do.

I fully agree that instant covens is a bad idea. And I should know, I see 50 submissions a week from retards who can't write a single sentence.
However, as the covens are now, with different levels, so will the new covens be. People will be allowed to make covens, but these new covens will not have message boards, images, spellbooks or be listed on the main page, and so on until the coven can prove that they deserve it.
The numbers have not been worked out, but something in the line of 13 members for over 1 month and you get a spellbook/board. Over 50 members and you get images and you get to be listed on the main coven page.
This way if there are a group of 4 or 5 people from the same school that want to have a coven just for themselves they can and it won't interfere with the normal covens operations.
It also allows all the retards who keep begging me for a coven to try their hand at running a coven and come to the conclusion that running a coven is hard and far above them, and I knew they were tards to begin with which is why they were never granted one.
Anyways, the new site is coming, maybe by the end of this weekend.

THANK YOU PET! Maybe you should add an inactivity thingo too, like if the coven doesn't have any sort of interaction it gets deleted after 3 months.. else it could fill up your awesome server.. and cause more crashes from "redundant" data if it gets to extreme levels.
