I'm afraid you can't decide for people what they will do. You can merely influence them or keep a ward spell up so your house gives them negative feelings, making them usually wanting to stay away.

Fluff is simply posing of fantasies. Ex: Being a vampire.

But...again, try wards. They may leave forever if you keep it up long enough and do what all you can do.
