Help

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone here could give me a few pointers in Astral Projection as I plan to begin working on this next week. As I will have a lot of spare time with no homework that needs to be done after school. Thank you for any tips, and if you could post them here. So if anyone else is in a similar possitions to me and knows little on this subject they can read this and find help on this.

I always suggest the articles about astral projection by Robert Bruce that you can find in the website called Sacred Magick, just google "Sacred Magick" and it should be the first thing to pop up. They are pheonominal.

have you tried the "rope hanging from the ceiling" technique? i read that it was very effective...

"Rope hanging from ceiling"? What? Are you suggesting he kill himself? You do know what astral projection is, right?

Its a method where you pull yourself out of your body with the rope. Are you sure YOU know what astral projection is?

Now, in order to astral project without assistance, you'd have to reach the 5th circuit, a state of nirvana.
