Does mugwort tea induce lucid dreams, or does it have to be made into a dream pillow?

You can use it as a tea, however it can be VERY toxic, so it's not really recommended.

Yes, I have used mugwort as part of a mix of powerful herbs to use as part of a condenser for my wand. I researched many herbs to choose the best available, and I found that mugwort is POISONOUS. Be careful with that stuff. If you handle it, remember to wash your hands and any other equipment or tool you used immediately afterwards.

I would reccomend something else as the others have said it is poisonous and it tastes horrible not a nice bedtime drink.
