New home cleansing

Hi guys,
I have just bought a new home. I will be cleansing it before I move in. Its had one owner since 1945 who is now deceased.

The owners family have left some items behind which I dont want.
My question is how to dispose of them respectfully.

I really don't want anything in the home that could attach the previous owners energy.

Anyone have any recommendations?

smudging the house with sage ,frankincense, dragon's blood, and other protective herbs is a good start. Clean the doorways and windows of the home with ( Holy water) or blessed water. You can use olive oil for the thresholds (bless the oil before you use it you can add oher essential oils if desired, and aslong as they align with protection amd cleansing) As far as virblay cleansing the house a simple banishing should work, with a firm stament of cleansing and claiming ownership of your home. You can use salt, herbs, stones or sigils to keep the house protected after cleansing.

Anything left in the house,give to a charity shop.

Thanks guys. I spent a small fortune on oils and crystals last night. I'll have this house so locked down that nothing will come through.

Funny that I was so keen to get rid of the previous owners energy. I actually saw what I believe was her last night. I didn't feel threatened and my first 2 nights in the house has been the best sleep I've had in a long time.

from what has been left behind she was clearly a dog lover and my dog has settled into the house very well.
