Disposing salt

I'm thinking of working with sea salt in my practice. I normally work with crystals and shielding. So I'm a little lost in where to dispose the salt. With food offerings, I normally place than in the garden after a day or so, or maybe even burrow it into the ground. But what do you do with salt, after you use it? Do I burrow it after the practice is done, or do I just simply throw it in the bin, wrapped around a small plastics bag.

Hey Dragonearth

Salt could be thrown back in the ocean if one is reliably near. But whatever you feel is necessary to do with it, is acceptable as long as it's cleansed and disposed with intention.

This is only my opinion based on my workings with salts, crystals, and stones. There may be some practices or religions that have a preferred method, and if you have one that ultilizes such practices, you should research them up to see.

Salt, once used, can be disposed of by dumping it in any running water such as down the drain in your home.
