Hi everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm Smol, i am a plant witch, therian, and empath. When i mean empath i can sense the needs of different plant species. I am sorta new here, still learning how to move around the site freely. I hope to learn enough to help other people! I deal with manic anxiety, a repetative disorder, and some PTSD from my past. I am really sensative. I hope to make friends as it can get hard for me to socialize.

I struggle with mood, posttraumatic stress, and repetitive symptoms because of OCD, so I understand how difficult it can be. I'm sorry to hear you're going through it, but it can get better so don't give up. :)

Hey there, It sounds amazing that you have such a connection with plants. i would love to be able to do that too. I kill a lot of things. but the ones i can keep alive, i get more of those. so people think i am really good at gardening lol

Welcome Smol! Stay strong. My wife has severe OCD, so I can definitely empathize. Just know that healing is obtainable. Probably one of the biggest challenges is the lack of knowledge that exists professionally and publicly (OCD doesnt mean everything has to be in a row). Reach out if you need any support.
