Am i overreacting?

Hi everyone, so I have a few questions (I'm probably just overreacting since I tend to do that from time to time). So for the past 2 or 3 weeks, crows have been following me and for the past 2 I've been hearing cat noises even though I don't have any cats around my house at all. i've even heard cats while at school or in a car traveling somewhere. i was wondering if any of this means something or if I'm just overreacting. Anything would be helpful to me, thank you :)

It could be schizophrenia or it could be a sign that a deity represented by crows and cats is calling you, are you sure it was a cat or could it have been crow noise?

Crows are pretty common, and especially common at this time of year since there's quite a lot of food around.

The cat noises may be some auditory pareidolia, when you hear words in random noises like running water or music. I think background noise like a car engine or a school environment could be a valid place for pareidolia to happen. You're not going insane, don't worry.
