Help me

I’m desperate for help . For quite some time i have a feeling that someone is watching me and standing behind me . For the past few weeks this feeling became reallyyy intense and I’ve been filled with constant panic and fear . I’ve come to the state where i can’t stay alone because I’m so scared . Please help me , if you can give some tips how to get rid of that fear and live with myself at peace again

Try to cleanse and banish and burn sage,mugwart use protective sigils.

And on the off chance that what you are dealing with is an actual human stalker rather than something occult, installing cameras around your home that are triggered by motion near them is a good way to determine whether there is someone there and what they look like. This can be shown to the police if it looks like you do have a stalker.

Also, consider installing an alarm system to alert you if someone tries to enter your home.
