Let's go all Boromir here. ''One simply does not...'' become a demigod. Further, I certainly wouldn't believe you could become one with such a minuscule investment of time and energy. Magick is work. It requires immense effort for even the most minuscule results, and becoming a 'real' demigod is far from minuscule. In fact, historically, demigods came about from sexual intercourse between a god/goddess and a mortal human. It's been awhile since I've delved into that literature, so I might be wrong, but I don't recall the historical literature showing any other way to create/become a demigod. (Well, maybe one other way, but I have to check that out. And that would also be impossible to do.)
