You need to be very focused on who you are going to cast on and you NEED to mean it, you need to have nothing to lose. Say 1x '' Blood, mud, and dirt mix in with my hate. Make this person pay for what they did, So, give them Hell today!'' This spell takes about 5 seconds to work so becareful

As outlined, this does not work, but it does have potential as a hex. I would fix the chant. Focus your hatred then chant until it builds to a peak, then release the energy and you are done. It will take longer than five seconds to see results and the results will not be as dramatic advanced curses, but as a type of ''eye for an eye'' type of thing. If you wish to test it, fine, but there are better hexes with the same simple design. I would also ask yourself if it is justified or you are just frustrated/bored.
