This is a fake spell, Super Saiyan is from a fantasy show, it isn't something you can do with magick in the real world.
If that's all you need to do Vegeta must be kicking himself right now. Seriously this will not work [also I kind of want to make a section called ''anime spells'' so I can read all these hilariously fake spells in one place]
If you understand how magick works, you don't need to try it. [you know rat poison will make you sick, but how would you know if you never ate it... please don't eat poison, it's an example, not a suggestion] Sayans are an alien race from DragonBall which is a work of fiction, so that alone discredits this spell. Magick is a neutral energy found in nature, it brings natural changes and doesn't contradict nature as it is ruled by nature on the physical plane. For that reason, this spell wouldn't work either. At best you could try it on the astral plane, but physically, this will never work.
I'm sorry to say but, this won't work. Dragon Ball Z is an animated fantasy world created by humans. Unless you try shifting, this won't work.
