What doe s it mean
A less literal (but more accurate) translation would be ''''Excite (awaken/rouse) the dragon within.''
Basically it is a mantra to repeat which will bring your thoughts and focus towards drawing and awakening Draconic energies from within.
Sorry, this won't work. We work with Dragons, we don't have inner Dragons [unless you were born with a Dragon spirit, but that's rare] what this might be trying to do is tap into your higher self with Dragon imagery, but as is, this specific spell doesn't work.
