I would add basil, bay leaf, and saffron for extra flavor. Is this possible?

It's basically sugar water. It'll give you energy for a short time, but you'll probably end up having a sugar crash afterward. There's also really no magical component to this.

I mean, sugar water would make you hyper, but it has no Magik behind it and is therefore not a spell.
