  • Sun or moon in: Scorpio, Cancer, Pisces

Pound three and on eighth teaspoon of freshly grated Nutmeg, and three and a half teaspoons of powdered Cinnamon with a Mortar and Pestle.

How do I use this?

This is labelled as an incense. You would typically burn these to release a pleasant aroma and smoke. Because this is powdered, you could burn it on its own using an incense burner and charcoal, or you could turn it into an incense stick and burn that on its own. It is also labelled as a vision incense, which I would assume heightens your psychic and clairvoyant abilities. You would burn the incense and either meditate or perform a divination activity. The incense would aid in sharpening your intuition, providing clearer results for divination, or strengthen your third eye. Moon phases are also mentioned, and that's usually to ''charge'' the incense. Different moon phases provide different energies, and by charging the incense within the right phase, the effect can be strengthened.
