Does it really work and what is heckingson jumbo?
This is a fake spell, you can't gain magickal powers like teleportation with magick, so I wouldn't worry too much about what heckingson jumbo is.
No matter how adept you are with Magic, you cannot teleport. You become powerful by studying and practicing.
