put each hand in the glass for ten seconds then say ''spiritual creatures of ice please stop what your doing and listen to my wish, my wish is to control the element of ice in my hand, to have a frozen heart. When I get angry love will calm me down. ice and snow will come out of my hand when I want so mote it be!

put the ice cube in your hand like your praying. in the mean time think about ice until it melts your powers should come in the next hour. HAVE FUN

this spell does not work, please look at 'stop what (spirit) doing and listen to wish', is it better not to disturb any spirit?

Even if this is possible how would use them at will
