Put spider in jar or lidded item then say 10 x :"Goddess arachne, I call to you to please give me this spiders powers. I beg of you, I will never harm a spider ever again".

I can sorta notice a pain iny stomach ribs fingers and wrist as soon as I was done with the spell
It's a placebo effect, magick doesn't contradict nature for one thing, and Arachne was a mortal who bested Arthena in a weaving contest thus being turned into a spider, aka not a Goddess, and therefore can't really help you in the Goddess department. [plus according to the comics it was a radioactive spider bite that made him Spider man]
