If I get angry my power my power will get out of control and make a blizzard so I should be careful khoine khoine I call on you to give me thrower if snow in ( how many days or hours u want the spell to work in) it shall last until I choose to reverse it so mote it be

of course not working, there is not even one spell that can work 100%, there should be anomalies or not effecting on something/condition , ''probability percentage''

No, ice powers contradict nature, and magick on the physical doesn't contradict natural law as it's ruled by nature. Look into astral projection, anything's possible on the astral plane.

Hint of advice, make sure to put up a protection spell around your body before projecting. Entities could attempt to attack your body while you are gone, so make sure to protect yourself
