when can i learn to cast a spell? i really want to cast spells

You can start any time. Just choose a spell which has been added to the site and start practicing it.

i suggest u study first.b/c in this situation,ignorance isnt bliss,it could mean death.im not tryin to scare u.its just like tryin to fly a plane without ever studying.
but for starters,meditate and focus ur energy.if u can do this well,ur spell casting will be much easier and have a better chance of working
