Hi I am new to this and have a lot to learn, so please be kind to me. I understand a bit about 4 elements and so , but how does a person learn more about the first step and understanding what it is about being a wican. I do no harm to no one.

Annsin, being a Witch is deciding that that word fits your beliefs and practices. You have to choose to become a Witch and then work at it. You don't become a Witch just because someone says that you are one.

The first thing to understand is that Wicca is a very specific religion with specific beliefs and practices. nice to meet you. if you're able to get a copy i suggest finding a beginners guide to Wicca written by Raymond Buckland or Scott Cunningham. they're the most common and very highly regarded.
